How shipping works (POD)

Most SquareSole products are made to order (print-on-demand). After you place an order, we queue it for production, then ship it with tracking. This reduces waste and lets us keep quality high.

Processing & production times

  • Order verification: up to 24 hours (fraud/sizing checks, address verification).
  • Production: typically 2–5 business days for apparel; complex items may take longer.
  • Cut-off time: orders placed after 12:00 PM (ET) are processed the next business day.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery = Production time + Carrier transit time. The windows below are typical but not guaranteed.

Shipping costs & free shipping

  • Rates are calculated at checkout by destination, item weight, and speed.
  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $100 (after discounts, before tax). Heavy/oversized items may be excluded.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Tracking & split shipments

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS (if opted in).
  • Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days.

Address changes & undeliverable

  • You have a 2-hour window after purchase to request address changes. After that, we can’t guarantee edits.
  • If a package is returned as undeliverable (wrong/insufficient address, unclaimed, refused), we can reship (reship fee applies) or issue store credit minus original shipping.

Late or lost packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find it, check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier first.
  • Report issues promptly: within 14 days of the “delivered” scan for U.S. orders, or 30 days for international. We’ll help file a trace and make it right where appropriate (replacement or store credit per our Refunds & Returns Policy).

International shipping, duties & taxes

  • Import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees are set by your country and are your responsibility unless we explicitly collect them at checkout.
  • Customs processing can add time; we cannot control border delays.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO, signatures

  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO: available for many items via USPS; oversized items may require a street address.
  • Signature on delivery: we may require signature for high-value orders (> $250) to reduce theft. If you need to waive or add signature, contact us at once.

Pre-orders, holidays & weather

  • Pre-orders: ship on/after the stated release window. If mixed with in-stock items, we may ship separately.
  • Severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or holiday surges can extend transit times.

Payments & shipping (Stripe/Coinbase)

  • We accept major cards via Stripe and crypto via Coinbase Commerce (where available).
  • For crypto orders, address edits and refunds can be more limited due to blockchain finality. Approved shipping-related refunds may be issued as store credit or crypto net of network/processing fees at the rate at time of refund processing.
