User-generated content (UGC) rules

  • You are responsible for prompts, uploads, and designs you submit. Do not submit content that infringes others’ rights (copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy) or that is illegal, hateful, or exploitative.
  • By submitting content to create products, you grant SquareSole a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and print your content solely to fulfill your orders, provide support, and operate the Services.

AI tool outputs

Our “chat-to-image” feature generates images based on your prompts. Legal protection for AI-generated works varies by jurisdiction. As between you and SquareSole, you receive a license to use the specific outputs you create via your account, subject to these rules and third-party rights. Pre-made SquareSole designs and brand assets remain our intellectual property.
